Set Pricing
The prices in the table below are what I charge for short-, medium-, and lengthy content.
These set prices are:
- Upfront and straightforward, you’ll pay for them with no unexpected costs later.
- All-inclusive with no extra charges on top.
- Prices are set and won’t change, not by the hour or based on how long it takes me to write that content.

Hourly rate application
My hourly rate ($24) applies to the activities listed below:
- Using your (or others) product or service so that I can write about it.
- After a free first consultation to discuss your needs, if you’d like me to join you in meetings (Zoom, Skype, calls, etc.), there’s my hourly rate.
Emails and Google Docs collaboration are always free! - I will apply my hourly rate for ongoing lessons, training, or in-depth instruction I provide.
My set price covers basic instructions in briefing notes or emails. - I will apply my hourly rate for reviewing audio/video for writing.
I’ll waive my hourly rate if you provide a transcript. - I will apply my hourly rate if you need me to upload your content to a content management system like WordPress.
- I will apply my hourly rate after I’ve delivered the content, and you need me to write more about specific parts of the delivered content.
- I will apply my hourly rate after I’ve delivered the content and you request more revisions beyond the three rounds of reasonable revisions.
Other Set Pricing and Hourly Rates
I offer set pricing for the following tasks:
- Sourcing images from FREE or PAID stock photo sites: $50.
- Taking screenshots, whether annotated or unannotated: $50.
Examples of annotated are:
a. Highlighting/Underlining keywords and phrases or main ideas.
b. Paraphrasing/Summarizing main ideas.
c. Writing a descriptive outline.
d. Writing comments/responses. - Proofreading and Editing: $35/hour.
